The Pregnancy PassportCdn
Through an ongoing partnership with The MotHERS Program, the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) has adapted our original Postpartum Maternal Health Record, branding it the FIGO Pregnancy Passport. They are recommending widespread implementation internationally.
The FIGO Pregnancy Passport version was designed specifically for use in lower resource settings and is intended to be modified based on national guidelines and resource availability. As such, we have created a Canadian (Cdn) version of the FIGO Pregnancy Passport (Pregnancy PassportCdn) which reflects resources and standards of care in Canada.
Coming soon in 2024 we will be implementing the new Pregnancy PassportCdn in communities in the Kingston Health Sciences Centre pregnancy care catchment area.
