Prental Tours of Labour and Delivery
Northumberland Hills Hospital
To book a tour call: 905-372-6811, ext 4122
It is recommended that expectant parents-to-be book a tour approximately four to six weeks in advance of their baby's expected date of birth. Tours last approximately 30 minutes in length and are designed to provide basic prenatal health teaching and an overview of NHH Maternal Child services. Paper work necessary for labour and delivery is also completed at this point, to eliminate the need to do it on the day of delivery, and all participants receive a detailed brochure to take home with further information.
Ross Memorial Hospital
To book an antenatal clinic appointment call: 705-324-61111, ext 4215
Prenatal tours of the labour and delivery department are done as a part of an Antenatal Clinic. The clinic appointments are one hour in length and focus on your stay, options for pain relief, community resources and handouts. At the end of your appointment, you will enjoy a tour of our unit. Best of all, the appointment is for YOU; it's tailored to your needs, concerns and questions.
