Overnight Oats

2/3 cup large rolled oats
2 TBSP chia seeds
3 TBSP unsweetened apple sauce
1 TSP maple syrup (or other sugar)...can omit
1/3 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup milk (or milk substitute....soy milk, almond milk, oat milk, water)

Mix all together in a glass jar or plastic container and put in fridge overnight and ready in the morning....not heating or cooking necessary.
