OMama is a maternity care communication project initiated this spring by the Better Outcomes Registry & Network (BORN) in Ontario. A two-year pilot project, OMama will build tools that will connect women with their maternity care providers, like doctors, midwives, and nurses. Using a website, mobile app, and a secure place to document health record details (a personal health record), OMama will help women and care providers get trusted information on pregnancy, birth, postpartum and early parenting.
OMama wants to hear directly from you - women and care providers - about what type of pregnancy and postpartum information you find important, and what advice and information should be included in the OMama Project. By participating in the survey, you will directly influence the kind of advice that will appear in this provincial project.
