The Queen’s Perinatal Research Unit is examining the long-term effects of preeclampsia using state-of-the-art, non-invasive imaging technology. We are currently recruiting women with recent, uncomplicated pregnancies (between 6 months and 5 years postpartum) to take part in a safe and painless assessment of vascular function.
The study takes place at Kingston General Hospital, and is a single visit lasting 2.5 hours. You will be given a $5.00 Tim Horton’s gift card and $15.00 cash in exchange for your time. Findings from this study may spur efforts to improve the care of new moms recovering from preeclampsia.
Interested individuals can contact Logan Barr at 12LCB1@queensu.ca.
Thanks sincerely for your time and interest!
